I’m from out of town and drove to see the house for one of their Christmas tours. Once we arrived there, the electricity was out and and they had their patrons eating in the dark(very dim candlelight). Our table had been given away and our seven person reservation was crammed at another table that already had three, making it a very uncomfortable ten. We were the only group that didn’t receive the tour we paid for and when we wanted to speak with management we were treated very rudely and asked to leave and did not receive our money back or ticket vouchers to return.

Kudos for restoring an historic house. Not cool charging $ 30 for a less than mediocre lunch and guide-less tour. It’s the same decorations in every room and a can eat sandwiches and kroger cookies in Atlanta. Also there are handicap bathrooms but no handicap access.
