Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunks is one of the more modernized locations I have gone to.
A lot of space and seating.
The menu board were on three 40″ TV monitors with animations and changing advertisements of different sandwiches and coffee. Made the experience more enlighten and exciting.
The service was awesome. Two employees work both the window and front counter, moving and work as a team to get me my coffees and servicing the drive thru.
The prices were the usually for medium coffees. Sorry, no food this time. BUT, look at the animated menus, I was ready to order a delicious sandwich.
This Dunks is definitely a location i would actually sit down inside to enjoy my coffee.

Me: «Two Big and Tasty’s, two orders of homefries, and a large iced coffee, please.»
Woman making food: «Ugh, I don’t want to make those terrible sandwiches! I hate those — they’re disgusting!»
Really? Seriously? We’re standing right in front of you…
This Dunkin was probably the dirtiest Dunkin I’ve ever been to and the ladies behind the counter were, uhm, terrible.
The Big and Tasty? Well, that’s what bumped it up to 2 stars. That thing dripped in buttery goodness and filled me up for the rest of the day. Holy crap that thing is bad for you.

I am a huge fan of coffee. I drink more coffee in the course of a day than some people do in the course of a week. Well, maybe not that much, but you get the idea. Dunkin Donuts coffee is not my favorite brand. It’s tasty iced, but I am not a fan of it hot. Perhaps it is the styrofoam cups that does it, I don’t know. But I will order an iced coffee in the dead of winter, rather than the hot. I would probably rate the establishment with 3 stars based on the coffee alone. Why didn’t I? I’m glad you asked!
The service at this location is absolutely outstanding. Very fast, and very good. I know that if I order a coffee from this location, it will be made exactly to order every time, and it always tastes fresh. The pastries here are just as fresh, and they usually have the varieties I am looking for, though once in a while they are sold out of something. That’s acceptable though, the place does quite a business. And talk about clean! I have never seen a Dunkin Donuts in such a state of cleanliness. The place is very busy virtually all day, and yet they manage to keep the place sparkling clean.
The service, freshness of product, and cleanliness of the restaurant earn this location its 5 stars. Now if you excuse me, I think I will head over there right now for a large iced.
