Isabella’s

I am not getting married until next fall and I wanted to be able to get a feel for bridal shops in the area (selection, prices, quality, customer service etc)
Before coming here I went to another shop in the area, I tried on and liked a Maggie Sottero gown. Maggie is a popular designer, and many brides tend to wear her. But, because I was getting a feel for what shops had around I decided that I would try Isabella’s.
I walked in and was greeted by the owner who initially came across as nice. We began looking at gowns and I gave her a general idea of what I was looking for, price, style etc. When she came back with a few dresses, my jaw almost hit the floor, they looked NOTHING like what I had explained to her. I found that the quality of her dresses were cheap and nameless designers that couldn’t even compare to the Maggie that I tried on. Not only that, she was trying to charge me 1500 $ for a dress that was made of taffeta and had just cheap sequence beading. The Maggie gown that I initially tried on had Sworvoski (sp?) Crystal beading and didn’t even cost that much.
Not only that, she was badmouthing other bridal shops in the area (which really makes me as a customer feel uncomfortable) and being extremely pushy about the gowns. She said if we like something and don’t buy today it will NOT be there if/​and when we come back.
Overall I would not recommend Isabella’s the service is not professional and the quality of the gowns is very poor. Don’t let her fool you ladies, you can buy a high end designer gown for less than what she’s charging!

I got my prom dress here. They offered the tux’s for under $ 100. They have some nice colors and for prom many different kinds of dresses. The service/​people were helpful and nice to talk too.
