Easily my favorite hardware store. Sure, the prices are about 10% higher than lowes or home depot, but that 10% is justified with the experience you get with it. I once brought and old shower valve(old victorian house) there to find a replacement. I was about to buy a $ 100 valve set when one of the guys took my old valve to a bench and spent 10 minutes rebuilding it with new o rings. Spent a whole $ 1 on parts, vice $ 100 on new. That’s where the value is. They won’t sell you something new because they don’t know any better(like lowes and home depot). If you go in with a problem, they will help you solve it. My introduction to this place was actually with a side vent kitchen fan. I had just moved to the area and went to Lowes and Home Depot. They both tried to convince me it was an attic fan and sent me to that department and they looked confused when it didn’t look like anything they had. One of them then sent me to Manny’s. The guy knew instantly what it was. I left him my number and he called me back in 30 minutes with a price and ordered it for me. Sorry, that’s service and something you’ll never get at a big box store. Now, I probably wouldn’t buy tools from there as the prices are a bit high and they stock the same stuff as the chains, but anything else I will. Parts, miscellaneous hardware, hard to find stuff. Just wish they were open on Sunday’s or later during the week, but I understand since it’s a family owned business.

Everything you could ever ask for, if you need tools or anything to do with fixing things, Manny’s Hardware is the place to go! Great family owned place and customer service! I only wish that they had a bigger parking lot because if its full, and it can be an issue trying to get out.

I started coming here after having some issues with Behr paint from Home Depot and not really getting any help from either entity. I found exactly what I needed at Manny’s — a better product(Benjamin Moore) and great help. The paint guy there is awesome and very accommodating and helpful. The store seems cluttered because they have so much stuff packed into the store but it is organized well, each item is priced and you’re able to navigate throughout the store without problem. Some product pricing is good where as some items can be quite a bit more compared to HD or Lowes but with great customer service I don’t mind paying an extra buck or two. There’s plenty of parking out front and they provide equipment rental as well. A big negative for me is that they close at 6 M-F and at 5 on Sat and are closed on Sundays. I’d definitely give it 4 stars, maybe 5, if they had more accommodating hours.
