Mozzone Lumber

After a really bad experience at another lumber company, we had a fantastic one here.
We were looking for replacement hinges for our kitchen cabinets, but the company no longer makes the same ones. Moses spent close to an hour making calls to track down what we needed, even though he knew it wasn’t going to be a large sale.
In addition, he gave me a hinge to try, but didn’t ask for any payment. He actually said to try it, and if it fit then come back and pay for it. If not, just bring it back.
Moses was pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable, persistent, and respectful; these are positive qualities one rarely finds in an associate at a home improvement store. We appreciate the difference.
This is what service is all about; he understands that when we need to make a significant purchase, we will come back to him because of his attitude with this insignificant one.
