Pediatric Associates At Northwoods

After having a few awful experiences with my sons original pediatricians office I decided to switch him. A few people mentioned this place so I figured I’d give it a shot. I did everything they asked right away! paid to have his records sent over and I waited about 2 weeks. After not hearing from them I called to see if I was supposed to call to set up his first appointment. They told me his new Dr. just got back from vacation and she would review his records and call me within a few days. A few days came and went. a week. a week and a half so I called again! They told me the exact same story so I let it go, waited ANOTHER 2 weeks and I just called to tell them I’m not taking him there and I want his records. The woman said let me just make sure we have them… really? ok, her reply «Yes they are on her desk and she has NOT reviewed them yet» Gee thanks for making your new patients a priority and I’m glad I didn’t even waste a co-​pay there! Don’t bother people…

One of the worst medical offices I have ever been to! The secretaries and nurses are incredibly rude and make simple tasks, such as booking an appointment, painful. The doctors are constantly behind and show no respect for their patients’ time. For my last appointment, which I left work early to attend, the doctor was an hour behind. While I understand that this may occur, I certainly would have appreciated a phone call or notification before arriving at the office. Overall, an incredibly bad experience!
