I don’t normally review non-​restaurants, but I have to make an exception for Madd Hatter. This was my first visit, and I could not be more impressed. Vincent was friendly and knowledgeable, and spent at least half an hour letting me sample and compare different flavors. I normally buy only premium juices, but the house flavors floored me! Great flavors in every case, and the samples are served in a mod/​tank setup, instead of the crappy pen style vapes, so you can really taste what you’re getting. The prices were very reasonable, and the selection was great: plenty of flavors for every taste, but without the countless virtually identical flavor variations that some vape shops sling.
I do wish that the business had a restroom available for customers. The great service, selection, and prices more than make up for this, though!

Madd Hatter has the perfect blend of superior customer service and wide range of vaping needs for beginners or long time vapers. The shop is extremely well maintained, and the staff is experienced in the vaping industry. I haven’t come across a wider selection of juices. I would recommend this shop to any new or longtime vaper.

The only negative I see is that I didn’t stop into this shop way sooner! I was very impressed! The mad hatter is clean, comfortable, and has a great selection! I had the pleasure of being helped by the co-​owner Vincent who was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! Their house blends are top notch and for a great price! They sell both their house blends plus an array of other juice lines. I also found the other products they sell (mods, tanks, coils, etc) to be cheaper than any other brick and mortar. Not to mention, they offer a nice little kick back program. Overall, I am beyond pleased and super excited because I just found my new vape shop and can’t wait to go back! If you want an easy, enjoyable experience and great prices, go visit the mad hatter!

The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Always have what I need, and will order what they don’t. Cannot beat there prices on juice! Great quality, great environment, and down right great service. I recommend this shop to anyone young, old, veteran or rookie. Stay away from the lame vapor shop in the area (you know who they are…). Keep it up guys!

Absolutely excellent service. They were very welcoming to a newbie like me and walked me through everything they had. They have a good variety of juices and can super excited when you are happy. Really great place!

Best vape shop i have ever been to. brady and kyle are great. answered all my questions made informative suggestions. i originally went there just to check them out and see if the vibe was the same as shops closer to me and to my surprise i felt very welcomed and wasn’t treated like a moron or just another customer. instead after talking to brady i decided to buy a bunch of things. i will definitely be recommend mad hatter to everyone i know. thanks for everything guys. you will be seeing me ALOT!
