If your looking for a great place to get your eye brows done you can stop now because this is the place!
They are very clean, and trust me when I say I’m super picky about my eyebrows, every other place I go to I walk out with two different shaped eyebrows! Not here! She really does a phenomenal job! This is hands down the best place I’ve ever gone to! I won’t go anywhere else!

Like a lot of people I destroyed my eyebrows by attempting to do them myself when I was younger. I never thought I would be able to have nice even eyebrows ever again. I tried several different waxing places, trusted friends to try and fix them but nothing ever worked. They never ever came out even. I tried this place on recommendation of a close friend and I will NEVER go anywhere else. Fatima is the best. She has an amazing talent and she was the only one who was able to make my eyebrows not only even, but stylish, gorgeous and exactly what I want every time. I’ve been going to them for a few years now and I recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to try threading at this place. I went there once and it was closed. I called them a 100 times and no one answered or returned my call. Is this customer service ??

While I believe this is the same woman who did an excellent job on my eyebrows back when the location was on County Street, it appears that she continues to run her business in a way that does not acknowledge the value of her clients’ time. Today I drove my younger sister for her 3:30 appointment and was casually told that it would be an additional wait of one hour and that they had sent a text. Turns out the time stamp on the text was 3:25. Something similar happened to me when I called ahead to their former location to confirm hours of operation but still found a dark store and waited for about 30 minutes until someone showed up. Frustrating, because the service provided is good quality, but customer service is seriously lacking. Will not go back. Not to mention that it looked like they decided to take a Henna client over us today (more money).

Fatima is the best !! I’ve been going to her for 6 years now, she does an amazing job! I recommend her to anyone looking to reshape, clean up and maintain great looking eyebrows !!
