The food was great and the staff very friendly. I had the Italian sausage. The sausage was good but the peppers were great, really made that sandwich tasty. The seating area is very warm and cozy.

While my fiancé & I were visiting my parents in Tavares, they took us to this lovely family run bistro for lunch. Fast friendly service, small cozy& spotless clean. My dad had the meatball sandwich(he loved it) mom& I shared the chicken salad& turkey cranberry sandwiches(very delish& filling) fiancée had the Italian sausage w/peppers. They take pride in their food& want you to leave fat& happy! Check out the fresh deserts& frozen goodies to take home. They are know for their catering as well. Don’t miss this local gem

I love this place! They have such a variety & the food is excellent, fresh & exciting! I feel bad for the other reviewer since they haven’t tried the awesome soups, salads, and specialty dishes this place is known for! Not to forget desserts, clotted cream, scones, the works! I have kids that adore the chicken tetrazzini & tomato soup! Very clean & friendly! Thankfully not another hole in the wall! We have enough of those & Emilianna’s is unique & top of the line!

I’m a huge fan of any Italian place… One reason is that it’s typically good for an inexpensive yet filling lunch. Although this place uses fresh homemade ingredients, and also has a very nice staff the food fell short of my expectations in both flavor and price. I believe I got an eggplant parm sub and a drink and wound up paying $ 12 for 6 inches of disappointment and a can of soda. I will say that the place was packed, clean and seemed to have a whole bunch of neat salads and soups on the menu, but the prices were awful. I enjoy a nice«hole in the wall» where the owners don’t pretend three ingredient dishes aren’t some sort of delicacy.
