Precision Home & Property Inspection

My husband found this company online, we looked up the website, it says the reason you should choose them because no hidden expenses and your purchase process will be worry-​free. It’s the exactly the opposite!!! We thought the report gonna including Termite inspection, but it’s not. When we asked him MIKE MITCHELL, he said it’s ok, it will be extra $ 95.we were like why don’t you tell us when you do the inspection? He said: «it’s ok, you can hire somebody else to do it.» when we told him our previous inspection including the termite inspection, he just said you didn’t tell me to do it. The reason we hire inspection because we are not professionals, and if you need us tell you how to do your job, you can close your company now!
How is that worry free??? how is that not hidden expenses??? Termite inspection is required for wood house and very important! He just keep telling us it’s ok?! IT’S NOT OK! we will not recommend this company to anyone! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
