Fishers, IN
Horrible service, very rude. Waited 5 min for anyone to even acknowledge is. (We were the only customers). Workers were «just hanging out». Talking amongst their selves. Extremely rude, even with us saying thank you & please (out of habit). Didn’t even tAlk barely, just handed us stuff when we asked. Our blizzards weren’t even mixed! The bottom half of the medium red velvet is all vanilla! Will not return.

The employees there were VERY nice, and the service was great. I really enjoy knowing that they make it while you wait instead of it being pre-​made. The food was delicious and the fact that I got a five dollar meal made me believe I got the most for my money.
All in all I believe that this is a great place to stop and eat.

So this place is cheating their customers! We ordered a quart of soft serve and received a pint. Confronted staff and they said no this is a quart. I said 32oz is a quart and she held up the larger cup and said no this is a ½ gallon and that is $ 10. So we are charged for a quart and given a pint…

What a garbage rif raft stop in the beautiful keys… lazy disrespectful teens running the show. Dirty kitchen and restaurant. Quality of product is despicable! Product is like buying trash out the dump slapped in your face AND you have to pay for it!!! Urgggg close the doors already

Very poor quality! Ordered 3 Blizzards and a Banana Split; the medium blizzards were only ¾ full and the banana split had little ice cream and mainly (what tastes like), bad whip cream. This is the first Dairy Queen I have ever been disappointed in the portion sizes and quality! Usually when you order a Blizzard the cup is heaping. The sad part was you couldn’t even state it was because they were busy, it was 7:00 at night and we were the only car in the drive thru and only one person at the counter.
Just because you are the only Dairy Queen sharing Key Largo and Tavernier doesn’t mean you can get by with bare minimum!

A Dairy Queen in Key Largo? Amazing! We went there for a blizzard. The service was very friendly and prompt. The store was very clean. We ordered pecan cluster blizzards. Medium. Holy bananas! We have been to many, many DQ’s and this blizzard was the best ever. We will return.

The woman at the counter was obviously annoyed with her job and hated working here –which is understandable for a fast food place. But pressing a button and listen to what people want isnt hard. She got three of the five orders wrong, didn’t put in half the food we placed, and when we went to correct it the woman was hiding behind a wall when she saw us come up. The staff isn’t understaffed for the service we got. I recommend going to a crappy fish restaurant where finding the staff isn’t a game of his and seek.

The burger was very good but there prices were great. We got a 5 buck lunch which included a medium drink, a sundae, a burger, and fries or onion rings. My family and I were very satisfied with our little snack but especially with the blizzard flavor and upgrade for only one dollar.

Came here with my husband, only went through the drive thru and it was OK. Not great service but definitely couldn’t complain. My blizzard was great, my husband didn’t really like his cookie dough one. That’s it. Stop by if you’re in the area, not worth going out of your way for.

Ich muss einfach jedem DQ 5 Sterne geben, denn: Ich liebe Orange Julius!!!
Ich habe das Bild früher mal gesehen und gedacht: das muss ich jetzt mal testen. Hatte dann in meiner Fantasie so eine Vorstellung, dass es wie ein Sanfter Engel schmecken müßte (Orangensaft und Vanilleeis).
Dann das erste Mal probiert und ich sage euch: Meine Fantasie wurde noch übertroffen. Einfach super lecker! Ich bin süchtig.
Der Rest der Familie hat sich für was Herzhaftes entschieden. Ich bin von den Burgern & Co. nicht ganz so begeistert (wobei sie wirklich nicht schlecht schmecken), aber grundsätzlich mag ich nicht so gerne Fast Food.
Als wir in diesem DQ waren, war kaum was los und die Wartezeit war trotzdem relativ lange. Aber so liegt ja die Vermutung nahe, dass alles frisch gemacht wurde.
Sauberkeit war auch okay als wir dort waren, Toiletten auch sauber. Also für uns hat alles gepasst.

Service sucks 3 employees outside on break 3 inside 1 on the window, 1 cooking and the other putting up signs, oh wait no she is outside talking to the other 3 and there are 4 people in line. It took 5 just to order and food and it was cold. If I had a choice and was closer to Homestead I would be there. The best was the roach that crawled across the floor under the cake fridge.

Today, besides needing a cleaning, they didn’t have waffle cones or peaches. It was easier to ask them to list the few menu items they did have. The ass cheek prints would have been an upgrade

Hey, there really isn’t that much to do down in the Keys if you are a teenager on a late summer night.
So we would all jump in the back of a truck and go flashin’. And assin’ and… now is when I should shut up or request an attorney present.
Anywho…
This Dairy Queen is part of my childhood. The ice cream and food is standard as far as Dairy Queens go. My personal favorite is the Turtle Sundae.
This location, specifically, has lots of parking and a drive thru window. It’s also close, at least for me, and was dessert almost every other night.
