We stayed for a week at spring break. It is a clean and quiet location on a dead end street. Nice heated pool, but no hot tub. very secure location with every first floor door locked, so you cant get upstairs (which is good, but sometimes annoying when you want to get to your room quickly).
My one complaint is there is really no beach. The yard area is covered with rocks and a rock wall to help with the tide. There are little jelly fish all over the shallow area and it is really muddy. Thank goodness someone showed up that the jelly fish are upside down, or we might have stepped on one. They look like coral flowers.
