Good people, good products! They have some of the not so common things that we need for our dogs, cats, hedgehog and pond koi. The puppy issue is questionable, but I think the mills need to be shut down, not the pet store. That’s a seperate issue.

This store sells puppies from puppy mills and keeps them in filthy wired cages. Please, do not support this store!!! Instead go to places that support local rescues such as Petco in Fort Wright. The longer you support this business, the longer animals will be mistreated and used in puppy mills!

This store is terrible. The fish tanks are very nasty. Most of the staff is rude and pushy not to mention they are way over priced. I walked in to look around and left empty handed and will not be returning.

I inherited a cat with the house that I bought. I had no idea how to care for it. Sarah, the groomer, walked me through everything. She was incredibly knowledgeable and caring. In addition, I was able to find a good selection of the items I needed to purchase.

great pet store carrying high quality foods. staff is always talkative and very helpful. we love the fact that they carry many different varieties of grain free foods as we have pets with allergies.
