I’ve been going to another look books for a few years and I can always find a book or books that are cheap, in good condition, and a better read than the ones I’ve chose full price at target or Barnes and noble. They have books on every subject and a wide selection of nonfiction (I like historical romance) and children’s books with a kids corner with blocks and quiet place for children to read. The owner is friendly and the employees are helpful. They will also put you on a list for a book they don’t have in stock comes in, and they call you when it does. You also get points towards your next purchase with each used book you return when you’re done with it. Another look books is one of my favorite places!

I had been past Another Look Books, but never went in until I started dating my (now) wife.
It is what I like in used book store, shelves upon shelves full of used books, they will also special order and preorder new books for you.
Friendly employees who remember what you like and can make recommendations. They primarily deal in paperbacks, so if you bring in a box of used hardcovers, expect to take most of them home.

This place has the best deals around. Even by used book store prices it is cheap. I bought almost twenty books here this weekend for 33 dollars as I had turned in some of mine! Amazing! Friendly staff, good selection.
I found the historical romance and sci fi/paranormal things I like and great deals on top notch current fiction. My husband found the sci-fi/horror/true crime/mysteries he liked, some higher brow fare and even scored a book that just came out a month ago he has been eying on Amazon.
It is convenient, just down Pardee from the mall, I highly recommend it and I have been a regular at every used book store between Ann Arbor, Novi, Monroe and Detroit at some point.
