Just moved into a new home where builder used Burrows cabinets. We selected the vintage white finish, white painted base with grayish/black glaze. The sample at the design center and pictures on Burrows website were lovely. Minimal glaze in corners and trim. Soft vintage finish. Our cabinets came and we expected slight inconsistencies in the finish but these inconsistencies were EXTREME. Heavy black glaze left on corners, inside cabinets and black fingerprints and smudges on outer as well as inner cabinet doors and trim. Truly it looked as if a child had finished these cabinets. Burrows was paid over 20,000.00 for this??? The supervisory reps. for our builder agreed that these cabinets were unacceptable. They went to bat for us but Burrow’s would not budge. Said they would not replace them because they could not guarantee that they would look any different! Really? They were not even concerned that they may loose the contract with our builder! Our builder has since pulled this option from the design center since it was so poorly done! We unfortunately were the ones left to deal with the issue since Burrow’s would not stand behind their work. Our builder reimbursed us the cost of the cabinet upgrade, we found our own cabinet finisher to correct the situation. After 4 days with our kitchen and bathrooms fully taped and screened off, unable to use these areas at all and 10 days without doors/drawers we now have beautifully finished cabinets!(at half the price I might add of the original upgrade!) Stay away from Burrow’s! They have no integrity of character or work!

I am very surprised, we are building a home and looking to build more(possibly) and after 3 weeks of no reply we were told they were too busy«I guess». Then told good luck in finding someone to do cabinets for you. Most unprofessional team I have had to deal with and surprised they would be this way as a company. WARNING this will most likely be the service you get if you have issues. I would stay away from this company if this is how they treat their customers.

We recently built a very nice home and our builder used Burrows Cabinets for the cabinets throughout the house. Design process was fine, except for the fact that we told them we wanted crown molding on the top, not a shaker style, and they neglected to write that down. So they delivered them with the wrong crown. They did eventually replace it after a lot of fuss. Our major issue with these cabinets was the finish. They had little bubbles all over them! They were rough in many places as well. I have been told by people who know that they were dirty in the corners and on some flat surfaces, and apparently Burrows was careless and applied the finish or stain on top of sawdust or dirt. They came out multiple times and were able to make it a little better, but it took MONTHS and there are still places that are super rough that should be smooth. We paid top dollar for these cabinets and we honestly expected something high quality — not so. They looked nice when we first walked into the house, but there was almost no attention to detail. .. we were very disappointed. We have been in the house for less than a year and already some of the door hinges have fallen off, and many others are coming loose.. . I am afraid that in another year we will have had to replace every screw in every hinge.

My wife likes the cabinets in the new home we just moved into, but she has been stonewalled when asking to buy more matching Burrows cabinets so we can fully unpack. She was told Burrows will only deal with the builder, and now eight weeks later, we have heard no solution. We still cannot fully move in. Anyone else have this problem?
