I love hot pretzels, even the crappy Target ones, but these are, hands down, the best pretzels out there. They are fresh baked, not frozen. And I’ve never had one that wasn’t perfect. I look forward to the events where they will be.

I had a pretzel from them today at the Liberty Festival in Canton. I ordered a pretzel dog and the dough surrounding the hotdog wasn’t baked thoroughly. It wasn’t done at all, actually. I peeled back the coating and it was completely doughy and disgusting. I had a stomach ache for the rest of the day and no doubt it was due to the fact this wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Disgusting. I will never have a pretzel from them or any other pretzel place, again. I’ll stick to the frozen kind you can get at Meier.

We had these pretzels at the arts and apples festival in Rochester this summer. I have to say these are fabulous pretzels! I love a pretzel co. In Indiana but these are now my favorite, nice and friendly staff too. For as busy as they were in Rochester, they have a great attitude, keep up the good work
