Domino’s Pizza

The best most excellent pizza place in all of taylor. Awesome customer service the pizza and ingredient taste so fresh. Ultimate clean store not a complaint. Beware happy on ecorse. They sell rotten chicken and old food. I’ve gotten sick from mac and cheese it had mold.

We order from this location through the website a lot. I’ve always had a good experience when ordering: The orders are prepared exactly the way we order it; usually we watch via the order tracker online so our order is prepared and out for delivery in reasonable time. The drivers are always very nice and friendly.

I’ve always had a good experience with this Domino’s. They left out my bread bowl on super bowl sunday and got it out to us right away, and were very apologetic. Hey Happys Pizza, that’s how customer support should be done!

The pizza was good but my overall customer experience has not been good. The person who took my order was not the friendliest. Then once the pizza got here there was a coupon on my box for a special for exactly what I ordered. Why would they not offer that to me? I use to be a manager and everyone got the special. They didn’t have to ask. It’s called taking care of your customers so they order from you again. There are ton of pizza places that I can choice from.

Sometimes I feel like God is trying to teach me a lesson for cheating on my diet. My cheat day was turning into a cheat week when we placed a walk in order at this Dominos.
The female workers seemed nice. The male delivery driver/​cashier and manager looked less than ecstatic to be working that day. My son and I sat inside while waiting. It was taking a much longer time than expected, but before I said anything one of the female workers came and apologized for the wait and offered us free pop and bread sticks. Good customer service, but…
When we got home… the BBQ chicken pizza looked like vomit. Tasted as such too. The cheese was stacked on so thick. Not like good extra cheese, but like… a half inch of melted rubber. The bbq wings weren’t tossed in bbq sauce. They were plain wings, thrown in the box, with about a half cup of bbq sauce poured onto the middle of them. They were gross and FREEZING COLD. I started to catch on that half of our order had been finished before they even started making the rest of it and that’s why we had the long wait and apologies. We had a regular pepperoni pizza for the kids and omg… I felt SO AWFUL for bickering at them to eat their dinner after I finally tasted it. This made liquor store pizza seem gourmet… what was that taste??? The sauce was bitter and just… off. HOW DO YOU SCREW UP PEPPERONI PIZZA?! It was inedible. The kids ended up having chicken nuggets from out the freezer for dinner and my husband and I filled up on the free bread sticks. We threw the pizzas away.
Before moving to this area, we frequented the Lincoln Park Domino’s and NEVER tasted anything like this. Disappointed. This location clearly missed the company revamp.

This is absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I put 2 pieces on my plate & ended up throwing the last ½ piece away. Normally I’m 4 pieces but I could not stomach a 2^nd piece, I do have to say the Parmesan bites were good. II gave it 1stat cos delivery was real fast.
