thanks for all the help and professional service. when my family had emergencies enterprise of taylor texas and the staff was very great. we have and will always use enterprise of taylor texas and in other areas. they show respect and loyalty.

We love Enterprise and we rent cars a lot. In fact we used the Taylor location for the past couple of years due to the convenience. WE WILL NEVER USE THE LOCATION AGAIN. Not until the current Manager is gone. His name is David and he is rude, disrespectful and has not an iota of skills pertaining to customer service. The pompous little prick actually hung the phone up on me. I will be contacting Enterprise Corporate Offices ASAP and informing them of his actions and reminding them of our Enterprise Emerald Club status. Thankfully I was able to transfer the rental to another location where they treated me with respect and want my business. I hope David can learn social skills and better customer service or this Enterprise location is going to see a spiral downward in profit.
