Helzberg Diamonds

Before this, I had never been to Helzberg Diamonds and I will never go back again! I was looking to buy a ring and also to repair my 14K yellow Gold Wedding ring. After handing my wedding ring to them for repair, I found a ring I wanted to purchase for $ 899.00. I went home to get my husband and I found a online coupon for $ 100 off a purchase of $ 400.00 or more. It was a simple coupon with no exclusions. When I brought my husband in, all of the sudden the price of the ring went from $ 899 to $ 1169.00. they wouldn’t let me use the coupon for clearance items, Even though the coupon didn’t say that, also they added additional charges, like sizing and setting the stone and a Helzberg warranty, What LIARS! I left unhappy and without a new ring. They still had my wedding ring for repair but I figured it was safe because it was a simple resizing and prong repair. It took weeks for the resizing and to put a new 6 prong head on it. I am agoraphobic and suffer from aniexty, so it is extreemlly hard for me to get to the mall to take cake of this. I had such dread dealing with this and could not believe it when I picked up my 14K gold ring and the whole head of prongs was crooked and tilted I had to then resend it back in before leaving for vacation. Rushing to get ready for vaca, I didn’t notice when my husband picked it up that my once 14K gold ring was now a white gold ring. I don’t know what they did or what happened, but my ring was totally changed… and still, the prong head was still crooked and tilted. I trusted them with my fine jewelry… I am so hurt and disappointed. They are not a reputable jeweler. They are a fast food Jewelry store, and not a very good one. They kept blaming everyone else but themselves. they would not except responsibility, in fact they blamed me saying” they didn’t want to ever touch my ring again and that they could not satisfy my expectations”. My experience was devastating! They never even offered a refund. Basically, They were saying” too bad so sad for you”! So, If you love your jewelry, «DON’T GO TO HELZBERG» I never will again «. What a horrible way of doing business, NO HONOR AND NO INTEGRITY !!!

Wedding planning is stressful enough, but worrying about where to get my wedding bands has been a challenge.
When Jacob proposed, he presented me with his great-grandmother’s 80-​year-​old antique engagement ring. The ring is gorgeous and incredibly unique, but proved very difficult to match when choosing a wedding band.
When we visited Helzberg, we had no idea that we’d be walking out with the most beautiful wedding band!
Our salesman, George, provided us with a very relaxed experience. He was very helpful and quickly picked up on styles that we preferred. He was incredibly honest when it came to stones, metals and prices. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure us to pick more expensive styles or things that we weren’t ready to purchase.
Jake and I felt like the ring we picked was absolutely perfect to match my antique engagement ring. George didn’t pressure me at all to purchase the ring, but I knew that I wanted it!
My experience here was really awesome. I didn’t think I’d find such a great customer service experience at the mall, but it happened and now I have an absolutely gorgeous wedding band!
