I noticed this JC Penny doesn’t have a review for their salon… so here’s mine!
LOVED IT!!! I had Deborah as my stylist and it was a fun couple of hours :) she’s very personable and hilarious!!! I hate when you’re having your hair done and the stylist is extremely quiet… makes it awkward! I know some people enjoy that but I enjoy a conversation! I’m new to Michigan and she gave me great & useful tips on Michigan.
Now for her work… GREAT!!! she did exactly what I asked for… she’s very detailed and I love the cut, color and the entire experience! I will definitely make my way back there in 6 – 8 weeks to see her again!!! Thank you Deborah!!!

I like Jcpenny, glad to see they’re offering coupons again. I kinda was like what when they tried to restructure themselves and eliminated coupons.
I think it hurt the company… that being said seems like the company is back on track and competive with other similar retailers.
This particular location is okay they are often not as stocked as other Jcps. I like that there is a Sephora at this location. Love me some Sephora.
All in all decent place was very busy today could have used some extra cashiers.

OK, I thought I did not like JCPenney. I stopped shopping here long ago as I thought the clothing was outdated. Boy, was I wrong. I got a coupon in the mail for $ 10 off anything, so I stopped in to check out the clearance racks. Scored a TON of deals on summer clothing. Skirts for $ 3, dresses for $ 4. It was crazy amazing deals. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and checkout was quick even though the store was slammed. Loved this place.
