Larry Keck is an old-fashioned guy and I’m more modern, so I approached a friend in real estate who is into the more modern marketing and his advice was that since I’m in Taylor, go with Keck — period. I did(and Larry wouldn’t budge on his traditional 6% commission), but I trust my friend’s judgement(particularly because he just gave away the chance at getting an easy commission for selling my house). To make a long story short, Larry did all kinds of things that I would have probably done differently, and while I was wondering whether I had done the right thing, I didn;t have to wonder long — my house sold for precisely the amount he predicted in precisely the time he predicted it would(30 days). If you’re selling in Taylor, believe me when I repeat my friend’s advice to tell you that Keck is your guy — period. I could not be more impressed.
