I have been taking my computers to PC Pick Up for many years now. Just yesterday I had issues with my daughters new laptop — they accessed the laptop remotely and fixed the issue within 10 mins, that saved me 30 to 40 minutes of drive time. Great service.

I am very very disappointed that I left my laptop with this place. I knew I had a virus on it, but didn’t know how to fix it(computer illiterate) Well the price was pretty good, BUT, they didn’t tell me to back up files, like All my pictures that I’ll never be able to get back again, I had no idea I was suppose to do that! So lost those(heartbroken) Went to pick it up they brought it to the counter, it was so filthy, they said they had Nothing to clean it with, Really? Not a cloth or anything? I turned it on while I was at the counter, discovered NOPICTURES! I was soo mad, they said well, sorry, you should have backed up your files, couldn’t they have told me that first, I had no idea! They were SORUDE! Then I get it home started to clean it off, discovered the top of the cover was covered with chipped up spots all over it! OMG… don’t trust them!

Horrible customer service! I took a couple of laptops in for repair and spent a ton of money there, when I had to bring one back because of a recurrent charging issue the tech accused me of dropping and abusing the laptop and I was told that he would not warranty it. I blew my top because the laptop was not at all dropped. The part they replaced failed and he did not want to stand behind the work. And then he told me that the part they replaced was $ 6.00 when I was charged $ 125.00! What a rip off!!! I will NEVER darken the door of PC Pick Up again, and I would advise you not to either. They are a bunch of crooks!
