Outstanding service! They had to re-​fix something another mechanic did, in half the time time, and half the price! Quality service!

Where to begin. The clutch had gone out in my recently purchased car and Livernois Automotive was recommended to me. I talked to them well in advance, notifying them that I would be dropping my car off. They told me they would begin work on the vehicle within a day and would likely be done within a week. One week later I called back and apparently, due to a backlog of vehicles, my car had yet to be touched. Another week went by (borrowing my parent’s car), and I finally received a call from Livernois Automotive. The call was to inform me that they would begin to work on my car, and wanted to know what was wrong with it because they either A) they didn’t remember or B) forgot to write it down. Finally a week later I got my car back at full price.
A few days after that the stick shift locked up while I was driving down a busy road at night. Luckily I was within walking distance of home. Turns out, they forgot to latch something down and re-​repaired it free of charge. I would strongly recommend against Livernois Automotive.
