This is not a very good experience at all. I intended to get the broccoli cheese soup. They didn’t have it because they said they only took one kind of soup at a time so they wanted me to take the chicken noodle soup. Okay I settled but that was a disappointment. I tried for the first time the mozzarella sticks .no that was a bummer. I thought they were cold and didn’t have much taste. The employees were very loud one particularly tall fellow was so loud that while I was texting I was doing talk to text his voice was actually picking up on my texting. I got up and told the cashier about it she never said one word to anyone else. The manager was there and present and heard everything that was going on she even walked outside and got in her car while all this was going on I’m not sure if she was having a cigarette but she got in the passenger side of a car because I followed her out. the atmosphere was far too loud and disruptive was very hard to relax. We’ve been here during the day when we thought it was loud but it was more the sound of all the machines running not the employees. This was purely the employee’s bad behavior I will not be going back. The only reason you’re getting one star is because it won’t let me post this without giving you one star.

Not a big fan of the automated person who talks at the beginning of the drive thru order. The food was like any other McDonalds. The service was great. You’re average McDonalds

This McDonald’s doesn’t accept coupons for free items; they’ll only take them as a buy one get one free. Well I don’t need to eat two sandwiches, sorry. There are enough other McDonald’s nearby that will accept whatever coupon you give them with no hassle at all, so next time I’ll be avoiding this one and going to a different one like I ended up doing today.

Battle Creek, MI
McDonald’s has been inconsistent with their specialty coffees. I just had one with too much favoring added, tasted odd. It was at the drive thru, and I didn’t want to turn back and have them try again.
I have had this experience at other McDonald’s. This is surprising for a company that is otherwise amazingly consistent with quality.
