Seriously one of the worst mani/pedi’s I’ve ever had. Was left sitting in the pedi chair(which was broken and only slightly vibrated) until the water was cold while one of the employees went to pick up more employees. The pedi was rough and my feet are still recovering from them shaving off skin in places that weren’t even calloused. The mani was even worse. They didn’t have the first three shelac colors I chose. The water was cold, and I had to constantly reach over because they insisted on doing the mani while I got the pedicure. It’s been less than a week and the polish will barely stay on. Usually shelac lasts a month for me.

I love coming here. I’m honestly sick of all these nail places having the most stuck up nail techs. I mean I get it you’re cute with your Armani exchange outfit, Mac book, & iPhone but you still have to work to get those things! These people here are nothing like that and are so sweet! The salon itself is clean, spacious, & very relaxing! If you ever have an issue just speak up! They’ll do whatever they can to accommodate. For pedicures I love the super hot water, hot rocks, & hot towels! I love the gentlemen that is younger with glasses. He is so sweet and I enjoy our brief talks & relaxing silence. I go to him for shellac manis as well cause I don’t think he does pink and white gel when I do that. The only thing is that they’re very light with their hand when it comes to massaging and removing callus but I prefer that over getting painful cuts or anything. Forget south land mall and their stuck up workers seriously even though the mall salons have great selection of shellac colors I choose this place any day. I’ve tried almost every place.

We Unilocaled this place and the reviews wasn’t too bad so we decided to go. But when we got here it looks like they were busy so we asked how long is the wait and they said no wait. but tell me why I am half way through my pedi and my boyfriend haven’t even had his pedi started yet. I asked my nail technician to help me get rid of my cuticles and he tells me there is nothing there. Uhh if there is nothing there I wouldn’t be here sir. And they rush through their service. Came in for both a mani and pedi but after my pedi I decided to not even bother. Worst place ever!

I’d say this place is good… at nothing!!! I I know I gave 3 stars but this place seemed good at first but ever since the last time I’ve been there I regretted it… A nail person got an additude with me just because my nails got messed up?! That’s their problem not mine! I am never ever going back their again!

I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I can be rather picky when it comes to Salons/Spas. I received a Pedicure here and it was wonderful! The Salon is decorated very nicely with pretty colors and relaxing music played in the background. Josh Groban was playing(assuming a CD because every song was him) which I wouldn’t normally listen to, but it was what I needed because I left feeling more calm! The pedicure was $ 23 and worth every dollar. The ONLY thing that could be improved on is the massage with lotion. On the plus side, they do a lotion massage(too quick, about 3 minutes both legs) and then they do a quick rub with Hot Stones(free). I know a lot of women are particular about whether salons use razors or pumice stones to remove dead skin. My technician used the thing that looks like a cheese grater in addition to a pumice stone. She did a great job with this, after she used the pumice stone she used another soft side to smooth my skin. She took her time when it came to this, and for that reason I would return! Some places don’t take their time removing dead skin but I think she did a very good job. I arrived at 9:13am because I was buying things next door and even thought they don’t open until 9:30am she still started my pedicure before they open. I don’t know my technician’s name, all i know is I’m 5’6″ and I felt like a giant standing next to her! She was friendly, but not overly talkative which I like. I don’t like to talk to much so I can relax and just enjoy my service. She asked where I was from, If I had to work that day, and that was about it. She was dressed really cute/trendy and I would look for her when I return!
