This one use to b good but has gone down hill in the past year. I go to the drive thru every Saturday about 7 a.m. & I’m going to just wait a mile down the road & go to bigbys. Tim Hortons feels the need to put dbl however many cream I ask for, I have actually spent 7 mins in drivethru for 1 coffee when I’m the only coustmer & I still have to ask for a sleeve, I always have my moni ready so I should not have to spend more than 2 – 3 mins. But I’ve noticed you have a lot of young people working at that time of morning & they have a tendency to play around a lot so I don’t no if that’s the problem, anyways just informing you, you have 1 less coustmer to deal with.

Great service, service with a smile, clean and good food quickly. Not much wrong with that.

I LOVE going to Tim Horton’s but one thing that’s been a problem for some time now has been their accuracy with orders and pricing. I order the same thing every day, and it’s really a craps shoot as to what price I’ll be charged when I get up to the window, and what items I’ll be given. Things improved for a while, and I was lulled into a false sense of security when my order was the exact same price for the last year and a half. Yes, I’ve said something about this, and usually there isn’t a problem with correcting the order(they fix it quickly and are always courteous), but today, I was looked at like I was from Mars for bringing up the fact that I was overcharged(being a creature of habit, I order the same bloody breakfast every single day, so I know what the charge is supposed to be). I think it has more to do with a confusing interface system, but that still doesn’t help the fact that even after mentioning the problem, it wasn’t fixed, and I was still charged the extra money. If I wanted to be overcharged on coffee, I’d go to Starbucks. Update: After spending about 10 minutes in the drive through lane, I decided to entertain myself by adding up the cost of what my order would be if I ordered similar variations of the coffee I typically get, hoping to figure out the mistake that keeps resulting in being overcharged. After discovering I’d been charged for a more expensive cappuccino drink, which I never order, I mentioned this to the person at the window. She told me my coffee was more expensive than a typical iced coffee and that the higher price was correct. Even after explaining specifically which coffee drink would result in the higher price and which with the lower price, she said that the price was correct(which is wasn’t, according to their outdoor menu prices) and proceeded to charge me incorrectly again for a more expensive drink that I didn’t order or receive. I got the right food but, again, was charged for something more expensive. I’m never coming here again. The identical order is $ 1 cheaper at the TH two miles away, further leading me to believe I’m being charged for the wrong thing time and time again. Sorry guys, but as a loyal customer for the last 5 years, ordering the same thing everyday, and after adding up the prices and explaining the issue, I’d expect the problem to be solved, not to be told I’m wrong when all I’m doing is adding up YOUR prices on YOUR menu.

Tim Hortons has the most ADDICTIVE coffee. It is THE best. I crave it whenever I’m near one I have to have it. The rest of the menu is pretty good too but OHHH the coffee. Sandwiches, soups, biscuits, donuts, pastries all at a great price and ready fast. Service has always been quick and with a smile. Very clean facilities. Great spot to meet up with people and NOT pay a small fortune to receive an extremely bite your head off bitter cup of coffee like another ego swelled chain we all know. However THAT chain makes a rockin Soy Chai but that’s another review. Go there but beware, you’ll be a Tim Horton coffee glutton before you know what hit you. NOTE: Family and friends they have gift cards AND I love them!
