Dollar General

I went to this store on Christmas eve and their credit card system kept freezing. I got double charged for a purchase and when I went back to talk to them, the store manager gave me attitude. It took over a week to get back 5.00 and they kept my bank statement. As the store manager was doing the refund she made it sound like I was lying and that it hasn’t happened to anyone else. Their store is also always a mess, nothing is ever stocked and you can barely walk down the aisle without knocking something over off their stocking carts. They need extra stockers or a new store manager who knows how to run a store better. Every time I would go in there the employees would complain to each other how much they don’t like it there. I haven’t been back since and would rather drive the extra three miles to Walmart then ever step foot into this dollar general. Wish I could give this zero stars and I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

This store is busy. The workers are overwhelmed. The store shelves are always a mess. They sell out of items and the shelves are not quickly restocked. The store can be every which way… cluttered.
