Henry Agudelo of HA Flooring has completed a few tile jobs in a years time for us at our home in Saddlehorn LLC due to issues with our tile in our kitchen continuing to crack. He has always been kind, with a great sense of humor and works wonderfully.
I do think with the right materials, right time and right boss he could do wonderful work. On our last job he was sent in to do some repair work by Saddlehorn and he wanted to rip out a section of our floor to find why our tile floor kept having issues. The section he wanted to remove was less than he wanted to remove due to product brought in from Saddlehorn.
A section was removed from our floor and replaced. The end result has brought on even more issues and a lack of response from Saddlehorn who do not see how Henry’ work is their problem. Yet we have in writing they will replace it if we buy the materials. The problems exceed the surface.
We have tile raising up. Grout chipping, in some cases out and out missing. My children will not even walk in the kitchen. What good is a kitchen, an upgraded paid for, multi repaired kitchen in a custom built advertised luxury home if family will not walk in it?
Grout lines on the same tile can easily be a quarter of an inch and by the end of the same tile be a half of an inch. The lines are crooked. Toes are being stubbed, we have cracks starting and we have movement issues.
I do think the workmanship could have been straighter, more lined up and less noticeable as far as the work itself.
