My brother and I live on the West Coast, but were raised in NC & Va and we love country ham. No one from this area has ever heard of it. So we order from NC whenever possible. We ordered a whole ham from Sugar Grove (formerly Mays Meats, and had a bit of a bad experience with it. But when we let the folks there know, they immediately took care of it by sending us a whole other ham, sliced and vacuum packed-​a definite upgrade from the whole ham. The response was immediate & the people there were so kind & helpful-​they really aim to please. For fast and courteous service, I highly recommend this company! And the prices are great!
