The WORST place to buy an appliance, hands down. The installation was totally inadequate. My dishwasher was rocking under the countertop, and the bottom rack would slide completely out on to the floor when door was open. This is a Miele dishwasher. The installer came back a second time and I have no idea what he was pretending to do as the problem was never fixed. When I appealed to the store manager to send out someone who could fix the problem adequately 3 appointments were set up and no one came. Save yourself the aggravation and purchase your appliance anywhere but here.
