The BEST pizza in town, wonderful service, lovely staff and great deals. I always have a great experience when I go to Coliseum, so I go often. There are lots of pizza places in this area, but Coliseum keeps me coming back. Most of those chain joints taste exactly the same(short on personality/flavor), but Coliseum tastes like real pizza because it is real pizza. Good sandwiches and chicken wings, too!

I live in Teaneck and have been coming here since we moved into town in 1994. I have not experienced the nastiness/rudeness that others have. They have always been reasonably pleasant. However, the food is mediocre. It’s not bad, it just doesn’t stand out. We go when we need something quick. If we have some time or are having a bunch of people over to watch a game or something we will go a little farther afield to get something really good. My biggest issue is their hours. As others have noted, they close at inconsistent times. I get closing at 8:30 — 9:00 on Monday. But being closed at 9:00 on Friday? I too have experienced calling on a Saturday at 9:30 and being told they were shutting down. A pizza place should be open late on Friday and Saturday. So, for me, the bottom line is if you need something convenient and quick they are ok as long as they are open.

Placed a large-ish order waited the hour+ just for mediocre smallish sized pizzas, soggy fries and a salad with the toughest bites of chicken that Ive ever had. The best part of my meal was the snapple. Immediately after speaking to whomever answered with horrible customer service, i regretted my decision of not choosing Victor’s instead. There was no thank you. Merely the complaining that there was too much noise(i did have children playing, as children do, while i placed my order). My ordered was confirmed verbally, but alas i was a pie short. And when i called to rectify the situation i was met with stubbornness, blame and a comment that«while a customer is right, im wrong.» Never ordering from here again. Youre better off making a pizza yourself.

The owner of this spot needs a serious ass whoopin. If you are not a people person like this a@#hole obviously is not, then get out of this business you miserable prick. You should be happy that people would like to order your mediocre food, but when you piss people off with your unnecessary attitude and rudeness it takes your appetite away. Now you just want to teach this guy a lesson. We keep you in business dummy. Hope your business fails miserably.

My family ordered the buffalo chicken pizza from here. The texture of the pizza was fine. However, this was the worst tasting pizza I have ever had. We ended up throwing out 70% of the whole pizza pie. When my sister called the restaurant to complain she was not offered a refund nor a replacement. We will never order from here again. Bad customer service.

I’ve thought of writing a review before but never made the time. But now I’ve HADIT and I must share. In my house, we refer to the owner of this place as «the pizza nazi». The pizza is good but his attitude needs a serious adjustment. I’ve literally called and had this conversation: Me: I’d like to order a pie for pick up. Nazi: who’s picking it up? Me: my husband Victor Nazi: well… You tell Victor that he’s gonna have to wait 30 minutes for the pie. Today I called to see if they had slices available for pickup(sometimes they don’t have any) and he said«I don’t take slice orders over the phone!» Then he HUNGUP on me. Didn’t wait to hear me say if I wanted anything else. Didn’t try upselling me on a whole pie. What an idiot! I’ve read other reviews. And they say the exact same thing. So my question is the same… HOWDOTHEYSTAYINBUSINESS!!!

The place needs cleaning up in my opinion. Bought salads there n hated the way it tasted. When they deliver the salad though it’s really good. It’s like a completely deferent salad that they deliver than what they sell In the store. Maybe because it’s Asa buffet style salad why I dnt like it

I really want to love this place, but they make it difficult. My wife and I love their vodka pie, and would order it on a regular basis. Unfortunately, everytime I order it, they make it seem like it’s a huge problem to make the vodka sauce? I called in an order for pick up at 4:30PM and they said it wouldn’t be ready until 7:00PM??? This happens EVERY time we order, it’s always a problem, they always say it’s going to take 2 — 2.5 hours to make two pies and two calzones? It’s as if they don’t want the business… seriously. I would get a couple of calzones for the kids, and more often than not, they would be out of calzone dough? Isn’t it the same or close enough? No matter, it was clear they didn’t ever prepare for the weekend demand. As much as I loved the pizza here, the service sucks. Try being able to prepare and serve what you put on your menu! Never again. I recommended this place to my neighbors and they expressed the same experiences.

Restroom was filthy beyond anything I have ever seen and I have been to places without running water and often stop at truck stops for the restroom. Such filth is inexcusable.

Did some reading before I came on this place. Became my lunch stop just the other day as I was driving through Teaneck on Cedar Lane so I parked in the lot to the rear of the pizzeria and used the back entrance that brought me upstairs by the kitchen. Ordered two slices and a regular coke. The slices were reheated and consisted of a thin crust. Some red pepper and oregano gave the pizza a nice touch. Sat toward the back near where I had entered to eat and thought the pizza was alright. Clean enviornment and friendly staff from what I noticed. Have a good selection on their menu so I will be coming back to try something else!

Best pizza in Teaneck. Fast delivery. There«standard» pizzas are great, but I also recommend the Chicken Milanese and Mexican pizzas when you are looking for something a little different.

my boyfriend and i live in teaneck and we feel very lucky to have this great pizzeria in our town. the $ 7.99 large pie deal on mondays is an awesome deal and they don’t skimp on the pizza just because it’s a cheap deal. the prices are very reasonable and the quality is superb. they are very consistent with everything they make which is hard to find. we absolutely LOVE their entrees, especially their baked ziti with meat sauce and chicken marsala. another thing we notice is that the place is immaculately clean and the staff are very conscientious about washing their hands and not handling money if they are handling food(unless they wash their hands). this is a rarity — unfortunately, most restaurants, especially casual pizzerias are very sloppy with their habits. not this place — the staff are clean, well-groomed, and careful. we are loyal customers and highly recommend this place.

This is great pizza, but the value really brings it over the top. $ 8/large pie Mondays is a screaming bargain. Even other days, $ 10/pie is a great price for really good pizza. It’s also a decent place to eat in as well. They allow you to enter through their back entrance when parked in the back lot, so that’s a real convenience since Cedar Lane parking can be tough.
