Love this place from my first step inside the door. The place is very cute but the food is out of this world. Packed with flavor. Some of the best Thai food in Bergen county. Plus owner is super sweet.

Had a days old drunken noodles. Still good. Decent Thai place in this small town. Would go again if craving Thai.

The drunken noodle… lawd! Let me tell you, I’ve been loyal to another Thai restaurant in the area for many years. And I still am(sorta-kinda), But I find myself ‘cheating’ on the regular for Thai Palace. This is a mom and pop shop. There’s only one waitress — the same waitress you’ll see every time you go there. This can affect your service. She’s the best, but if it’s busy, be prepared to wait a while. But the wait is worth it. Nana and pops are in the kitchen chef-ing up life everlasting. I can vouch for the tofu drunken noodle and eggplant basil entrees. AMAZING. Spicy levels: it’s real here folks. I have very high tolerance for spice, but here, I have to downgrade to a medium. Parking: limited street parking on Degraw. Better options on side streets.

Have gotten take out from here a few times now and whatever I’ve gotten hasn’t disappointed me any time. Must try Thai food in the area! Their pad thai and drunken noodles are my favorite.

Loved the food here. The salad with the peanut dressing is very nice… We love the drunken noodles and the basil fried rice.

Very fresh and fast service for order out. The dinning room is small but it’s very comfy. Give this place a try if you like Thai food! Parking on the street.

Me and my wife just visited Thai Palace today and everything was great. It was a Monday night around 6pm and the place was very quiet. There only was one other table besides us. There was only one server at the restaurant and she was super friendly. We brought a bottle of wine(it’s BYOB) and she opened it and brought it to us. When she brought the bottle back, I noticed that the cork wasn’t there. I didn’t was ask for it because I figured she might have just thrown it away. I ordered chicken puff and tom yum koong appetizers. It was my first time trying tom yum koong soup and it was actually pretty good. We chose beef ka-tiem(?) and shrimp basil fried rice. Beef dish is just beef & broccoli with garlic sauce. Similar stuff that the chinese take out places have, but little better quality. My favorite dish was the shrimp fried rice. The server recommended level 2 spiciness out of 5 and it was right just right for me. Everything we had was decent quality and price is very reasonable. The thing that I liked the most about this restaurant and probably the reason why I would go back is the service. Our server was so friendly, she asked us if it was our first time at the restaurant, and where we were from. She even complimented on my wife’s skin tone. I am a chef and I am really picky especially when I’m looking for a new restaurant to try. But this one, I will definitely go back to try their other dishes. Thank you Thai Palace for such a pleasant dinner experience.

Highly recommended. Don’t let lazy store front detour you from this legit Thai place. The service is wonderful, it is a family operated restaurant so the lady who serves is super nice and helpful. The prices are standard for the area. In terms of the food, i enjoyed it very much. I ordered the drunken chicken noodles which were fantastic! The perfect mix of savory and sweet flavors and level of spice. Also very well balanced in terms of the amount of chicken and veggies in the plate, soo many places skimp out in this and serve too much noodles. I will definitely be back to try more options on the menu.

I came here for lunch with some colleagues. The décor isn’t great. The restaurant was really cold inside actually and a bit dark. I had the vegetarian green curry lunch special with brown rice and tofu soup(they let me replace the salad with the soup instead for $ 2 extra on top of the $ 8.95 about for the green curry). The tofu soup was good. It was a nice big size and very warm, which I needed on a cold winter’s day. It had huge chunks of tofu, carrots, celery, and some other vegetables as well as clear noodles in it. I got the green curry in hot(they have mild, medium, or hot) and usually I can withstand the heat. Nope. Not this time. I lost. The heat was so much. I must’ve drank over 5 glasses of water. It was good until I got like a ball of pepper in my mouth. I may have to stick to medium next time if I get to come back. All in all, it was a decent spot. The wait staff is super friendly and on top of the water, which is nice. That’s always appreciated.
