These people must really hate their lives because I don’t think I’ve ever had a person be polite to me here. Worst service EVER!!!

When you choose to eat in and find trash on floor and most tables dirty from the last customer, shouldn’t you ask yourself how clean is the food prep or cooks hands? Sad but true, I asked the manager to wipe off one of the tables, she kindly said sure went to get a rag. When she came over she asked ‘which one needs it?’ I responded, all of them…, the entire dining room.

Compared to all the clean, friendly and fast McDonalds not far from here, this one is an absolute disgrace. If you rely on getting what you ordered, forget it at this McDs. If you special order something, good luck with that, too. You will wait and wait and wait while they fill several orders that were behind you in line. Your food will be sloppily thrown together, cheese half off the sandwich, tartar sauce scant amount, cold burnt fries. One time they even took the napkin holders and made you ask for them at the counter. If you dare to go thru the drive-thru. they will shove whatever is laying around into your bag and not apoligize or anything when they get it wrong which is most of the time. And what do they expect you to do when the lobby is closed and you get the wrong food from the drive-thru? Drive back thru and wait again to get the correct order or go home and eat what you were given, not what you ordered. They charge extra if you want to substitute mac sauce for ketchup and mustard and you will get a DAB of it for 30 cents. Same with lettuce. 30 cents for a couple shreds. the least amount they can give without giving none at all. They shortchange you on fries and won’t fill it up all the way, esp if you order small size. Also, using the drive thru will ensure your large drink is 80% ice and 20% liquid. One time we ordered a Cheese burger minus meat patty and they gave us nothing but a bun. Stupidity like that has been going on at this McDs for years. The owner stopped offering coupons in the local newspapers and was refusing to honor coupons and specials from other area McD’s. They have remodeled their store and have made it so the eating area is smaller and uncomfortable for seniors and kids, with tall stools and hard chairs and less seating than they previously had. Way to go! Run off the seniors and families with kids and chase away anyone who want to use the free internet. I highly recommend Burger King — less than a mile further down the road if all you want is cheap, fast burger meals.
