I needed to simply purchase a replacement phone case, and knew precisely what I needed, and picked it off the shelf. Unfortunately, I arrived as a new customer was signing up. The store was otherwise empty, save for that one customer, the sales rep attending him, and a manager. Neither the manager nor sales rep took the meager, literal two minutes to help me on another register. What should have taken less than five minutes turned into a thirty minute wait. Scored by terrible music, none the less.
