Every once in a while you come into contact with a business that does things the right way. They provide the service that you actually need and charge you a fair price to do so. On a recent road trip I discovered that my front passenger side tire was deflating due to a leaking valve stem. I knew that this would be a relatively minor job for a shop that knew it’s stuff. We pulled in, they promptly addressed the issue and we were on our way. We got none of the«you need to buy a new tire or perhaps we should check this system or that system on your car.» Just honest, prompt service. It’s too bad that this shop is so far from my home, I would use them as my regular mechanic.

I badly needed tires and was about to settle at a shop next to my work but figured I’d shop around close to home. Boy was I surprised. First of all this place has new ownership so you can throw the older bad reviews out the window. They were able to beat the prices I was quoted in Lancaster by almost $ 300. To make things even better when they put new tires on they give you a free alignment and lifetime rotation. This alone is a great deal. The customer service was what really did it for me. I had my two kids with me and before I even talked to them about what I wanted they were asking my permission to give my kids 2 quarters each to get some stuff out of the candy machine. It wasn’t that I didn’t have the money but for all they knew I might have only wanted a quote, but they still made sure my kids were happy first. This was smart move as my kids actually get excited to go to the«tire store» now. Additionally they remembered my name when I came back a few days later for installation and treated me with complete respect. I sent my wife there a few days later to get her tires rotated and they recognized her last name and treated her just as well. Overall this is a great small town service center with great prices and even better customer service.
