Wow so many red flags! I call the girl on the phone is very rude she acts like shes very irriated with her job and me for calling to be a new patient at this place. So right off the bat terrible customer service. Huge sign says zoom whiting for new patients. She says we dont offer that anymore uh? Hello update your sign! Then i respond with do you do regular bleaching trays? She says longggg uhhhhhh depends? I respond with depends on what? Hello im a new patient and you guys have a huge sign stating you do this so of course im gonna ask about it jesus ! Then to be rude because im asking a bunch of questions cause im a new patient. !!! Next red flag warning… Then when are you open. Hes open 3 days a week mon thru wednesday. We work in lancaster and theres no way we can get home before 5. I would consider taking the whole day off for us to come here but not after the gal i just spoke to on the phone. Not impressed at all. Will find a dentist who wants new patients with good customer service. I hope the dentist sees this and cares about his business. Im new we just moved here to this lovely town i was so excited to try your place and be a patient here, but to be treated so poorly over the phone makes me really upset. I normally always review great on places amd see the good in places. But customer service still means something to me and i guess it doesnt here.
