I just went to this Cross-fit gym last night and it was a very intense workout in a short amount of time. I was done with my circuit in 11min and 43 seconds. Rryan Kingsbury (661) 300‑1517 is one of the trainers as well as Daniel Barboa (661) 972‑8936 and they are both very good. Right now they are building a clientele and as soon as that happens they will be open more often. They are doing appointments only so call them and they will definitely work something out for you. Right now they are doing $ 5.00 a class til the end of Feb. 2012 to try it out and see if you like it. No commitments, and No contracts. So come on down I have fallen in love with exercises doing cross-fit. It is a very family friendly gym you could be done in as little as 10 min or so.
