R-Soto Tire Repair

Came here to have my tire fixed in my truck because I saw a huge nail in my tire. They could have told me anything, you need new tire or you need a patch job. But instead they told me the truth, the nail didn’t penetrate the tire, the pulled it out and it wasn’t leaking. He remounted my tire and sent me on my way no charge. I appreciate that.

If I could have given this business a minus rating, I would have! Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Bought a new tire and had it mounted by them. I didn’t get around to installing it and it sat for 10 days. When I went to mount it, the tire was flat and completely separated from the rim. Took it back and the guy gave me all kinds of grief about how long it had been, how I must have ran it into something etc. Told him it hadn’t even been installed yet (you could clearly see it was still brand new). Guy was so uncooperative I couldn’t believe it! I finally asked him why he was giving me such a hard time? I told him I am a buyer with many future needs for tires. Did he not want my business? Do I need to find another tire shop? He told me to find another tire shop. WHAT THE HELL! Left and went down the street To All American Tire and had them fix it. They stated that the previous installer did a very poor job of cleaning the rim so the tire couldn’t seal well. So I had to pay somebody else to fix Soto’s poor workmanship and deal with Soto’s terrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and avoid Soto’s at all cost. Turns out there are at least 2 other very professional and competent tire shops here in town that VALUE their customers! All American & The Tire Shop — both excellent and recommended!
