Good folks doing their best… been here plenty of times and I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ll 2^nd the comment on the manager knowing his stuff, but all the girls (why are they always girls? the manager is either really smart or really foolish) have all been knowledgeable as well. Cell contracts are pricy and confusing, so yes, the stuff is expensive and frustrating, but we didn’t get wallyworld tracfones, we got the latest gear.
The issues I did run into were really Verizon’s fault, but they still pale in comparison to the fiasco AT&T can dish out. And the staff here have always been able to help me clear the water. Just really glad we have a local store.

Just bought two phones and were in the store forever, they kept pushing their Verizon edge program constantly and we ended up leaving late. Then the next day we were overlooking our bill and realized we were over charged $ 100, which basically came down to double charging us for accessories. When we called they said we had to bring the bill in so we had to wait in line and then they kept looking at the bill for ten minutes between two different people before they finally admitted they made a mistake and credited our account.
Next time I get a phone I will just order it on line and avoid the hassle. If you do go, check your receipt before you leave!

Worst customer service ever. Called in twice to ask some questions and the girl that answered the phone acted like she didnt care and could not be bothered with our questions. She kept telling us call the 800 number when we just had simple questions. Even jsut her tone of voice was so rude! We did end up callig the 800 number and talked to a man there that was so helpful! We spent over $ 600…coulda been her commission…

The store manager, duane, is really helpful and awesome but i have to give a 2 star because the other staff all seem to give a s**t less when he isn’t there. I had multiple issues with a phone i bought and the store manager helped me the first 2 times, wonderful guy and pays complete attention to you. When i had to come back a few other times he wasn’t there and the staff were terrible! They act like it’s an inconvenience for them to even give you some of their attention. The one girl who «helped» me, i think her name was amy, hardly made eye contact with me because she was too busy checking her own phone for all the texts and whatever else she was receiving while «assisting» me… if you do business here try to make sure the store manager is there or you’ll be disappointed more than likely
