Jim, the owner, is very good at what he does and very patient with worried pool-​owners. My complaint, however, is that he «fired» us as customers without even telling us! We paid him to maintain our pool for the last three years and this year he just never responded to our phone calls to come and service it beginning at the end of May. We were having an issue and ended up calling a plumber because Jim wouldn’t even call us to tell us he could not help.
