An excellent company. Punctual, efficient and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

These guys were great. They cleaned out my house following a move, basement to attic. They were careful and polite. They communicated with me consistently so there were no misunderstandings. They take difficult to dispose of things like old electronics and paint. It was all done in 2 hours at a reasonable rate. They also recycle, resource and donate where possible so you don’t have to feel bad about purging. Highly recommended.

A wolf in Sheep’s clothing. They fooled me, and did not keep to their word. The truth is, originally the company told me they were going to clean out the home including cabinets, closets, furniture, television, junk, bric-​à-​brac etc. … Sounded amazing! Instead, they took the valuable pieces of furniture and home goods, leaving everything else they did not want (that was not the original agreement)!
On One Call Clean Out’s first trip, the company essentially fooled me by doing a great job. The next time they came to the house he tricked me by «making a deal» to not do the entire clean out of the cabinets, closets, garage, but to take all of the furniture and miscellaneous items in the home we originally discussed! Instead they filled their truck with items they «wanted»! I am aware that the company needs to offset their costs by re-​selling the property, but to pick and choose what they wanted and not fulfill the original agreement, is where the complete and utter disregard begins and ends. Hence, leaving me with having to hire another company to move the items they chose not to take! Bottom line, get everything in writing, and I mean every item…,
Also, If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! We needed our basement cleared out prior to renovating — we’re in Centre City, narrow basement stairs, a wall of paint tins inherited with the house, lumber and accumulated junk all needed to go — not an easy or pleasant job. OCCO were so helpful, understanding and professional — I easily got a quote, scheduled an appointment for them to come and yes, everything went to plan. The crew were polite, punctual, courteous and extremely hardworking — job done in less than 3 hours, and they were careful to not damage the walls/​floors etc hauling stuff out, and even wiped-​down some of the grubbier items before moving them out, so as to minimise any dirt tracked through the hallway. On top of that, OCCO try to recycle and donate as much material as possible, rather than just dump it, which is more than many junk removal companies. I highly recommend them!

Amazing! Everything about my experience with One Call Clean Out was great. They managed to work around my very tight schedule to help me clean out the house my family has lived in for over 50 years.
Once they arrived they managed to do the clean out fast and efficiently. What impressed me the most were the way they managed to condense things into the smallest space possible (saving me money!) and how respectful they were of the house. How they managed to do all of this without a scratch of damage to the house is amazing.
On top of all that, they were incredibly friendly and great guys to have around. I can’t recommend them highly enough. And for the price it’s a complete no-​brainer. One Call Clean Out is the best!

Best junk removal service out there. Prices beat the big names and they are extremely friendly. They made removing our junk fun! Highly recommend great fast service!
