I have to agree with Ginny’s review. This franchise also did the clean up at my house after the storms. The crew was nice, the job was just ok, but the customer service from the office was terrible. Poor communication from their end. My initial estimate included removing the tile floor in the basement. When the crew arrived, they were not aware that they were to remove the floor. No drying equipment was left after the first cleaning, though I was told they would be back the next day, which did not happen. Apparently no one told the next set of guys that there was no equipment left because they came back to pick it up and do a final cleaning. I was then told I would only be charged half the original estimate due to no drying equipment being left. When I was charged the full amount I called the office and I was assured that the manager would take care of it. Four phone calls and almost two months later I finally received my refund. Overall a very bad experience, especially from management. Should I need this type of service again, Servpro will not be considered.

I live in Michigan where we experienced a significant flood and sewer backup. We had four feet of sewage in our finished basement. We called a local Serv-Pro but Serv-Pro of Upper Bucks came and did the work because there was too much work for the local franchises to handle. They arrived when scheduled and charged the quoted price. However, the work they did was not adequate. They did not clean any sewage off the walls of the bathroom and only cut the drywall off two of the walks. They only cut the drywall up six inches even though we had four feet of water. I even had to cut the carpet off the stairs myself. I called to complain before the equipment was removed and was told to show the workers the problem areas so the could adjust the price. They did not adjust the price. The workers were polite and I felt safe having them in my hime. However, they did not complete job and left me with a mess.
