Lodging In Telluride

Visited Telluride for the first time last week for a girls ski trip. We booked this condo only a few weeks out because the trip was a little last minute. I was shocked that this, condo at such a great price was still available and was slightly suspect that it would not live up to it’s pictures or be in a bad location in town.
I was very pleasantly surprise to find this location was so central and an easy walk the gondola (about 2 minutes) and Main Street (1 minute). The reservations contact Georgie, could not have been nicer and was so helpful and responsive during reservations and during our stay. The condo #106 was recently renovated and was the perfect size for a comfortable stay. They event included, beach towels for the hot tub which was just outside our door, shampoo & conditioner and hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom, and washer dryer in the unit! I would totally recommend this condo unit or building to a friend, couple or group visiting Telluride, summer or winter. Can’t wait to go back!

We have used this management company for the past two years and stayed at two different properties. Both units were exactly as described, management was great to work with and the locations were amazing. Close to lifts and easy walk to downtown, the units were extremely comfortable and both were recently upgraded. I would highly recommend this management company and their units.

No bad. Overpriced, sheets had holes in them. Kitchen with mini fridge, why people why? At least spring for an apartment size fridge! For $ 250 a night. No washer dryer. Great tub, huge. Place is railroad style and is a hot box. We didn’t have the heat on and had to open the windows and door at night.
I see a lot of very positive reviews and all I can say is if you are happy with Motel 6, you’ll love it. If your standard is Marriott you will be disappointed.

There is no finer management company in Telluride. Their properties are top notch, the quality of service is unparalleled. We will only stay at properties managed by Lodging in Telluride. This particular unit is fully equipped with all needs for that perfect vacation. All the amenities you could possibly desire while on vacation. Anything from all the kitchen utensils necessary, to all the bathroom supplies including top quality products. The furniture and beds are always super comfortable. The condos are always perfectly cleaned with every attention to detail. The views are spectacular, patio setting over looking the ski runs and river cannot be beat! And even when a massive boulder knocks out the power to the whole town of Telluride. Lodging in Telluride, Tom, Mindy and Georgie, came by with candles and flashlights to ensure we were making the best of our stay. You can’t beat that service! Love these guys!

We had a large group stay here over the valentine’s weekend this past February and it was absolutely amazing! Great service and easy to set up. The condo had everything we needed, we cooked in the kitchen 2 nights. Great location, short walk to lift 7 and easy ski down. Definitely going to book this again for our trip in 2015!

This condo is absolutely beautiful! A sunny corner apartment with breath-​taking views of the mountains and river and all new appliances. It is located directly on the river trail and is within walking distance to the best bars, restaurants and hiking trails in Telluride. Moreover, Chair 7 is just a block away! The management team is super friendly, helpful and knowledgable. What a gem. Truly a private paradise!!!

We have stayed at several different units provided by Lodging in Telluride all of which have been extremely comfortable, immaculately clean, and you can’t beat the location!

This is our favorite condo to rent winter and summer. Location within walking distance to excellent bars, best Thai restaurant in Colorado, and walk to the gondola or chair lifts. Beautiful location, beautiful condo, and the most accommodating management team you will ever meet.
