19th Hole Golf Carts

It felt very «pretty woman» esque walking into this place. They did not have the time of day for us. The woman working there did try and help us it just didn’t seem like she wanted to. The quotes are just numbers scribbled on a piece of paper. The carts seemed really overpriced. There was an old couple in the showroom with us and the worker told them there would be $ 100 deposit, she told us $ 500. There was no wiggle room on prices and we had cash in hand to pay in full. We honestly were ready to purchase a cart that day, even if it was overpriced, but the lady worker left a bad taste in our mouths. We did more research and are purchasing elsewhere. For a business like theirs it sure would help to pay a little more attention to your customers.

We have done business with Robin at 19^th Hole Golf Carts twice and must say that she and her staff are very friendly and very thorough. The showroom is clean and well stocked, the selection of different kinds/​colors of carts is great. This is the place to go in Temecula and surrounding areas for golf carts. It’s their specialty, no quads, no dirt bikes, no jeeps, no sand buggys, just really cool golf carts at what seem to be really fair prices.

Never got a chance to use them but not sure I would – felt like poor service: nobody was available on Sunday so I completed the on-​line form, where they state they will contact you. I hadn’t received any follow up so I contacted them via phone on Wednesday; quite bad phone experience (the main reason for this review) with a woman who identified herself as Robin. Couldn’t finish the call (had 2 others on hold) but did call right back – a good thing. In both conversations I had a bad taste – apathy can feel as bad as poor service. Said she thinks she remembered following up, though I received nothing. No 6-​person carts available until November– a great sign for business but you’d think they’d then buy more of those type carts. Also, even if you need it for a day, you need to pay for the entire weekend – which essentially doubled the rate I found elsewhere. They state you need to purchase insurance – that sounds a bit funky. Not a good time to have questionable to poor service.

Great place to rent a golf cart or get yours repaired. They also sell used and new golf carts. Their prices are are much lower than the other golf cart shops I’ve been to. They even have a price match guarantee where they will beat any competitors price so you can even shop around and come here after to know you’re getting the best deal on one.
The owner and the staff were very nice and friendly. There were even 2 nice dogs that were super happy and friendly there too.
I saw some negative reviews about this place. I wouldn’t pay attention to those since I’ve experienced the kindness of the people who work here first hand and it’s very difficult for me to believe the things that the other people wrote. Plus some of those other reviewers don’t have any other real reviews so it leads me to believe it might just be the competition trying to sabatoge this buisness’ reputation. So sad that’s how the world is these days. So just come by and see for yourself and you can be the judge who is telling the truth.

Easy to find and easy to deal with!

I purchased a refurbished EZ Go golf cart from 19^th Hole after looking at similar units from other dealers. They had the best price and had the exact cart I wanted on the floor. We added a ball washer, ice chest, sand bottles and glove box inserts and still spent less than the other local dealers without the add-​ons. After we had the cart for a month we had problems with the starter switch not activating. They replaced the switch under warranty and it has worked ever since.

The whole team at 19^th hole was fantastic in helping me be the best son ever when I purchased a new cart for my Mom who lives in a retirement community in Murrieta. My mom loves the cart and I received 5 star service and pricing. Thanks!

We rented a golf cart from them for our stay at Vail Lake and we were very happy with our experience! Customer service was great when I reserved the golf cart. The golf cart was waiting for us at the campground when we arrived and it worked great and the kids loved having it to get around! Will definitely use them again :)
