Wow service at it’s best. I never met these guy’s and had big trouble with a 4 stage conveyor line. We were down due to faulty wiring by who knows who? I called two so called electrical contract companies in the Temecula Valley. What a nightmare they tried helping me and in the middle of the job threw their hands up and walked off the job.
That is how I ended up with ALEXANDER PACIFIC CONTRACTORS !!! Team ALEXANDER put their heads together and came up with a plan and starting working 7:30 AM They trouble shot the job told me what the plan of attack was and executed flawlessly.
If you want excellence call these people. I didn’t not know them from Adam and thank God we have people in this world that are like them. I would recommend this company to everyone that need electrical work. I had these guys come out and install some track lighting, 3 ceiling fans, and do rewire on a bathroom i was remodeling for my GF’s Mom in Sun City. They were prompt, friendly and seemed very detail oriented. They enthusiastically answered my GF’s many many questions and concerns. It was a good experience and would recommend them to anyone.

This was the second time I utilized Alexander Pacific Electrical Contractors Inc.
The first time, I left an email at 8 PM on Sunday evening and received an email response in less than 30 minutes. Shortly after, David followed up with a direct call on a Sunday evening. I couldn’t believe it, they were going to come out the following day. What I thought was going to be a major problem throughout the entire house, ended up being a simple fix. Ryan Dee, the service technician, was prompt, genuine, professional and very knowledgeable. I thought it was going to cost apx $ 2000 to replace my entire main breaker panel. Instead, it ended up being a single 100 amp breaker replacement. The problem was resolved and completed in less than 30 minutes.

I purchased an RV and needed a new exterior electrical outlet for a 30 amp 125 V. and a replacement GFCI. I received a quick response and requested Ryan Dee. Whom, once again, was nothing but amazing, right on time, 7 AM sharp, professional, knowledge and efficient. He plugged the RV in and made sure all components were running, with no power surge. Ryan gave me some additional helpful tips, displayed value and appreciation in serving me.

Ryan of Alexander Pacific has come to our new home on three separate occasions to do electrical work for us. Twice to install light fixtures and ceiling fans that we had purchased and, most recently, to install an electrical socket for a pump we’re having installed for our tankless water heater. At all times, he has been extremely pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He was a great pleasure to work with and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Recently needed an electrician immediately as I had a rental which had several outlets that had no power. Met one of Alexander Pacific’s guys there early next morning and he was already looking at the breaker box when I arrived and told me that a breaker needed to be replaced. He did that and flipped a GFI in the kitchen after that the outlets worked. Later that day I checked the outlets in another area and they did not work. When I called back I was told they would charge me for another service call if they came back as the outlets that were now out had nothing to do with his repairs. Called another electrician and guess what the outlets that were now out were the breaker that Alexander Pacific had replaced. The Alexander guy had put on the receipt that the breaker he replaced was for a bedroom, not so, it was for the bathrooms. Luckily, the second electrical company, Doolittle & Sitmore in Murrieta came and saved the day and explained and marked all of the breakers, installed GFI’s where needed and checked every outlet and switch in the house and on the patio.
I sent Alexander Electric a letter trying to work out the problem, I thought he should refund me what I paid him, but he never even responded.
