I’ve been using Allo for over a year. Prices are reasonable and the experience outstanding. Pressure can be tailored for the individual customer. I started with a light touch and can, now, handle much stronger pressure. I alternate between foot massage and full body massage. For those that aren’t faint of heart, and can handle deep tissue, make an appointment with Sue. You won’t be disappointed.

You need to try this place out. You won’t regret it… We had a couple long days from travel and ended up at this place. Wow! Great service. My favorite massage I have had!!!

Had the best couples massage. Really friendly staffs and masseuse did a great job working out all the tense muscles. They were great at all the areas we wanted worked on most. It was really clean for a very busy place. But we did go Valentine’s weekend. Hubby and I would definitely come back again. We recommend! Make an appt so there is no wait and they take you back right away.

First of all Catherine is so nice. We were running late and were able to push our appointment back to a later time which we really appreciated. Next, the massage was amazing. My boyfriend and I got the couples massage and both felt so relaxed afterwards. And they gave us chocolate and champagne afterwards. It was the first massage both of us have had and I’m glad we chose this place.

My husband and I went for a coupes massage, this establishment is truly amazing! They spoiled us with full body massages, included hot stones, kneeling, tapping, the works!!! The room was very welcoming and had soft sounds playing in the background, the lighting was just perfect, very relaxing. We will defiantly be back.

Felt like a deep tissue massage you get in middle of mall. I am telling the lady the whole time too hard and kept hurting the whole time. Swedish message is not a deep tissue painful message it is a relaxing message which this place does not deliver. My sister had the same experience as I did. I would not go back.

This place was a let down. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage, a January special of $ 75/​hr. While it was easy to get a same day appointment, the massage was not worth it. I had a male, whom I had to ask multiple times, to let up on pressure and then eventually stop rubbing my back. It felt as if he was rubbing it raw. Friction does not equal a massage. My boyfriend said his lady was rough as well, though she asked him multiple times if he was ok. The door was left open multiple times, after the «masseuses» left to grab towels or whatnot. Unprofessional. I’m sure a lot had to do with the language barrier, but it was not what I had in mind for a massage. The only saving grace was a good foot massage. Maybe other masseuses are better?

I am a wimp when it comes to massages. I liked that the form you fill asks for the strength level and areas to focus on along with hot stones or not. I asked for a level 3 out of 10 and to focus on my neck. Mind you a normal massage is often too hard and painful for me; where as when I ask for a light, I can barely feel anything. The guy I got was perfect in applying the right amount of pressure. They do some interesting stuff in their routines. I liked some of the stretches they do and even an elbow to the buttocks bone was nice.
I would definitely come back here.

We got a couple’s massage voucher as a gift from someone for Xmas and we went to try out. I’ve tried out many different places over the years but this one was the greatest. The mgr upfront Xue was very nice and inviting, the couple’s massage room was warm and serene, and our therapists were exceptional. My wife had Will and I had Sue. We’re going back tomorrow to try the 90 min couple’s massage. We had the 60 min session the first time.

Just finished with a 60 min full body and this was the best! I have lower back issues and a Spartan race at Vail Lake coming up. A very professional master masseuse will be working with me every week until I get things back to normal. LOOKING FORWARD TO NEXT WEEK!

BETTER THAN EVER! I’ve been here a few times before a couple of years ago and it was a really good experience. Apparently there was a temporary change in ownership and the reviews (negatively) reflected that. Yesterday after having a migraine AND overworking myself during the weekend, I looked up reviews for spas. I came across the recent positive reviews for Allo Spa and decided to call and see if they could help. Absolutely FIRST CLASS service all the way! I think it was Catherine (??) on the phone and at the front desk and she was extremely helpful in selecting the perfect masseuse for aches and pains and passing along my complaints to her. I’ve got to say that my 90 minute massage was exactly what I needed! Worked out the knots and muscles with fingers of steel and seamlessly transitioned into the head, neck and face massage and the 30 minutes of foot reflexology. I woke myself up snoring twice when she got to my feet. My masseuse knew exactly what she was doing and in what order to get the best result. I made another appt before I left, I think I will make this a mandatory weekly visit! The cost is the best you’re going to find for the expertise and customer service you receive. Seriously, this is the best deal in town! PS, I’m not mentioning the masseuses name because I don’t want her to get booked and not be able to fit me in. No doubt anyone who uses her once, will be back! I’m sure they are all just as good though! PS. IF YOU ARE CHECKING REVIEWS, LOOK FOR THE MOST RECENT ONES FIRST! I’ve been coming here for years. The recently experience was the best. They said they changed the ownership, but the service as good as before. Going out with refreshments. Always, the price is unbeatable. Definitely keep coming back.

I’ve been many massage therapists and this is the only place that I’ve treating myself to from now on!
It’s so good that I fell asleep most of the time and wake up feeling like I’ve rested for the entire year. Very rejuvenating and well worth every penny.

I’ve tried massages from Massage Green to Glen Ivy to Murrieta Day Spa and many in between, but Allo Spa is the best in town! Especially for the price! I tried the Foot Reflexology for $ 25 and it was a head to toe massage. Although I may be small, I like a lot of pressure and it was perfect without me asking him.
This was my first time there and I was unsure what to expect. It’s one of those Asian owned places. There was only a man and a woman available and my mom wanted to get a massage with me. I had the man. She had the woman. We were in a couples room. I’m used to massages without my clothes, but this time I kept my clothes on (tank and shorts). And that didn’t make a differences at all. The quality of the massage was top notch! My mom also agreed that her massage from the woman (I’m pretty sure she’s the owner) was great. Both had strong hands and great pressure.
Another plus, while my dad and son were in the waiting room, they offered them sherbet and cookies. I definitely will start coming back every other week. Well worth it!

I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be outstanding. The fact that the staff speaks no English has never bothered me.
Then today happened. My friend and I went in and both got 90 min massages. I’m very ticklish so I specifically asked then not to touch my thighs to my feet. They started out doing a towel massage and prepped my muscles for half an hour, and decided to work on my legs. Goodbye relaxation. Not until I raised my voice and shook my head repeatedly did she stop. I couldn’t wait for her to start on my back because that’s where I carry all my tension, and she started pinching my shoulders, the way a child would that has never given a massage… or a bored boyfriend. When she finally began to use oil, there was no ‘7 on the pressure scale’, she literally rubbed oil on my back and used her finger tips and thumbs. Can you say tickle? I kept damn near jumping off the table! Asked her for more pressure three times! Swedish massage is Hardcore compared to what she was doing. And then she must have gotten angry… because she rubbed me with hot stones (which I never asked for), and started a severe deep tissue. She didn’t just use her forearms, oh no, she used the sharpest bit of her elbows to stab the knots in my shoulder blade. When I winced in pain and asked her to stop, both ladies started talking and laughing! Needles to say, the entire massage was either bruise — inducing or uncomfortable, and to top it off, as I walked out, I watched them return the hot stones into a crock pot without sanitizing them! Eeeeeewwwwwww. Worst experience ever.

Used to come here pretty often. Yesterday’s couples massage was good for my husband but my massage was extremely rough in some areas and the lady spoke absolutely no English. Very frustrating. And, yes, as another reviewer said, she keeps asking for tips (required an interpreter). My husband massage was interrupted several times when threes phone rang so he felt his time was cheated. Find another place.

Change in ownership and I have no idea what’s happening. You cannot book online, the website is gone. The outsourced service site only offers a few selections, none of which I’m looking for. My husband goes back just for the footrubs, but it’s all getting much more complicated.

I have been going to Allo Spa for years and always had a great experiene… until now.
Went in for a couples massage today and had the WORST massage if my life. The man had no idea what he was doing, and that’s an understatement. My guy was not only terrible he had a very bad body odor and smelles like an ashtray. The two masseusses kept talking to each other and it was hard to relax. Left there feeling gross and will not be back.

I have been going here for years for the foot massages. This time my husband and I got there and the girl at the front who spoke ZERO English kept asking me for the type of massage I wanted by pointing at a sign. The massage I requested online was not on the sign in the lobby. So I tried pulling the website up on my phone to show her. But, the don’t have a mobile site so that didn’t work.
We went back in the room and spent 10 minutes playing charades with two people who didn’t speak English AT ALL. Trying to tell them that I didn’t want to lie down, I wanting the sitting massage and foot massage combo that I’ve gotten for years!
In the end we gave up and just did what they wanted. We both left feeling like we had been run over by a truck. Even though I repeatedly said «ow» and «softer, please». He hurt me.
If you are going to have a business, you need to be able to communicate with your customers. It was ridiculous. I won’t go back. That’s too bad because it was my «go to» place.

I have been getting massages here for over 3 years. I usually opt for a 60 minute massage for $ 25 plus tip.
The massage chairs now fully recline and are very comfortable. They have different combo massages but I like 30 min upper head and back and 30 min reflexology massage.
The first two rooms which have 3 or 2 chairs are very close to the reception area and since they leave the doors open, you can hear people talking, walking, and lobby noise.
For the price you pay its a good deal. If they were able to make the area more peaceful, it would make this place 5 stars.
