Bath Planet of Inland Empire

Bath Planet of Inland Empire were exceptionally wonderful group of people to work with!!! First, Anthony, the sales rep, jumped over all cross roads to get the right design details, product material, price and the written contract… all went smooth! Second, Robert Miller came out to make the final measurements. Since each is custom made, it took exactly 4 weeks for delivery. We set up delivery date. They called ½ hour before arrival. Then came the installers, Gilbert and Mike demolished the master shower one day, and had a beautiful completed shower the following day. Absolutely gorgeous! Because of my schedule, we skipped a day, then the installers, Gilbert and Chris, came out to do the guest bath. They removed the old tub/​shower and installed the deep soaker tub, walls and shower ALL IN ONE DAY. These guys were on top of this project all the time. Another installer (sorry forgot his name) came to my house to install my new kitchen goose neck faucet. From the beginning of this project to the very end every person was very courteous, respectful to me and my property. They clean up like they were never here. I would recommend BATH PLANET to anyone that is interested in having a beautiful updated bathroom at a respectable price. I give BATH PLANET, AND ALL IT’S HARD WORKING CREW 5 STARS. I WOULD GIVE THE 10 IF THE STARS WENT THAT FAR. Both bathroom are just beautiful!

We had Bath Planet remodel our shower and tub to make one big shower. Told us it would take 3 days. It has now been 1 week and 1 day and it is still not done. I guess there was a problem with the glass. The communication is horrible. I had to call them every time because they would not call me. I also have big gouges in my walls. Don’t know if they are going to repair or not. I will update when job finally gets finished.

I am rating this higher ONLY because Mom’s bathroom is beautiful, and she’s happy now. I’d rate it 3.5. My only wish is that they had have been up front and honest about the timing and delivery.

Had bath Planet remodel our shower enclosure. Ross the sales person was very professional and informative. Brittany was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. The two installers did an excellent job and everything turned out beautiful beyond my expectations. Thank you bath Planet for a wonderful new shower enclosure that I hope to enjoy for many years to come. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Update — At our insistence, BathPlanet inspected the shower conversion and admitted the pan and two shelves were not right. After a three month ordeal, the defective installation was ripped out and a new pan and walls/​shelves were installed correctly. BathPlanet charged us a high price for a hassle-​free installation that they failed to deliver.

I cant realy coment on there work since i had to cancel the work. They are realy nice till you change your mind or cancel the work. Read carefully the contracts when you sign the contract that was my mistake had to take them to small claims court to get most of my money back. Everthing the owner of bath planet coment are lies. I tried to cancel before the 3 days .i didnt read the contract and they kept giving me the run around both owners. even after i lost the case like he said i had to keep caling to get the refund. they were so rude once they knew they last the job. i would trust this company for anything.

We are very happy with our new bathroom. At the end of the installation with noticed a couple of minor things that were missed, the contractor was informed, and the job was completed to our complete satisfaction.
