A bad experience. Left a clock and asked for estimate. Told it was completely worn out and need all new parts at a cost of over $ 400 or battery power (no chimes) for less money. Asked it to be returned in condition it was left but when we retrieved it could not shut the door because the face had been incorrectly installed. Clock is now fixed for a cost of $ 45.00 and the door closes. Be very, very careful here.

This place is quite pricey for clocks. But they are higher end clocks! They aren’t a discount clock store, so their prices are probably what the manufacturer’s suggested retail price is. And their clocks do amazing things. They have a lot of musical clocks where the parts move around and music play every hour. It looks like clock art! I think its a fun store to visit. They do have more affordable clocks that you can purchase and you’ll find clocks that you’ll never find in a Walmart or Target. I can see how the owner might seem gruff, but he is an elderly gentleman and they like things a certain way. He’s actually really nice! His wife is the sweetest sweetheart! He can’t be all that bad with such a darling wife right? Okay maybe my opinion is a bit clouded because of his wife, but still!
