I took my computer in the shop and the owner said that he can fix the computer and he charged me $ 135. for the time to fix it and he did not even fix the computer He told me I had to buy a mother board to fix the problem and I think he should have known that before he tired to fix the problem. So the problem is still there now I am out $ 135. of his time for nothing. Bring your computer to someone else.
Also I bought a computer laptop from him and he said it was fast! within 30 days it was so slow I had to through it out. The owner said it would be $ 99 to look at the computer. RIP OFF! Terrible! Beware!

GET A SECOND OPINION!!!
Our daughter was visiting from Los Angeles and had an issue with her computer.
We brought her computer to BB&N because she couldn’t access some of her files. The tech told her looked like Cryptolocker/​ransomware. We left her computer overnight to see what he could do. Picked it up the next day and he told us no luck. All is lost.
My daughter took her computer back to LA and went to Computer City Repairs in Westwood. THEY GOT BACK ALL HER FILES.
Please, please get a second opinion when told there is no hope. The tech at BB&N needs more training. And… I even tipped him $ 20 for his time!

They did the bait and switch thing on me. I will never take my computer to that place. What was a simple virus turned into oh you need this and you need that and over $ 400 later. Save your money and go someplace else.
