I would normally give this place a 5 star review. Dr. Nguyen is great and the receptionist Bernice has always been very helpful. However this morning, not sure who was feeling in… but the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I only called to check and see if they received a request for a refill from my pharmacy on a critical medication I need. It was obvious the lady didn’t want to check and then hung up on me. She must’ve woke up on the wrong side of the bed or something… The staff is normally friendly and so are the Dr.‘s but if they continue to make me feel like I am bothering them… I will definitely change Dr.‘s.
